Maternity Resource Center (MRC)

The MRC will be open on Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.
The Maternity Resource Center is open one Saturday per month. Returning clients must make an appointment. New clients must come in on a walk-in basis between the hours of 9:00 AM and no later than 10:30 AM. We are open Thursdays by appointment only from 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Please call 614-890-0078 Ext. 10. First-time clients will need to have a short interview before they get to make their selections.
We are here to support women and families and to extend the compassionate hand of Christ to those who have maternity and child-care needs in the Columbus/Westerville area. We believe the Bible teaches that human life is sacred at every stage of development.
The Center is located in the lower level of the church. It is open to anyone needing assistance. Please call 614-890-0078 Ext. 10 for dates we are open.
Our trained volunteers provide the following free, confidential services, including maternity clothes and baby and young children's clothing. (We do not carry any items for children over the age of 3). We also provide child-care literature and referral services. We can link you with people and agencies in the community who are qualified to assess your needs and provide a variety of services. Finally, we can give you Bibles and scripture related information. We believe the unchanging love of God is the greatest resource that any of us can have. We will share God's love with you and His plan for salvation through Jesus Christ.
Donations
If you have items you wish to donate items, you can bring them to the church during office hours Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 AM-2:30 PM or on the Saturdays we are open. We can provide you with a donation form for your tax records. Items should be placed in the MRC crib in the hallway or in the choir room.
